Geographic scope: DCFR is U.S.-optimized at launch. International sites may be screened where sufficient address, acreage, utility, zoning, and development information is available. Local code, fire, land-use, utility, environmental, and permitting requirements must be confirmed by qualified local professionals and authorities.
What counts as one candidate site screen?
A candidate site screen is one preliminary review of one candidate parcel or location submitted for early data center feasibility triage. Each screen is based on one submitted site/location and one target program assumption.
One candidate site screen equals one submitted site/location with one target program assumption.
Material changes to address, acreage, target information technology load, cooling strategy, phasing, or development program may count as a new candidate site screen. Minor corrections, such as fixing a typo or clarifying an already-submitted parcel note, do not automatically create a new screen.

After the preliminary screening, the buyer selects one candidate site to develop into the full planning-grade DCFR feasibility report. Final engineering, stamped drawings, legal zoning opinions, utility capacity guarantees, environmental studies, surveys, geotechnical studies, acoustic studies, contractor pricing, permit approval, entitlement approval, and authority approvals must be confirmed by qualified professionals.
Login alone does not unlock paid features. Workspace and report access require an active DCFR Report Package or report credit. DCFR combines user-provided site inputs, rule-based data center planning logic, visible site/context constraints, and planning-grade calculation assumptions to produce an early feasibility judgment. Outputs clearly separate calculated assumptions from items that require utility, civil, code, environmental, legal, or licensed professional confirmation. DCFR does not provide final engineering, stamped drawings, permit approval, legal zoning opinion, utility capacity guarantee, environmental clearance, contractor pricing, or authority approval.
