DCFR may collect candidate site screening inputs, including site location, acreage, target megawatt load, number of candidate sites, role, company, contact information, and project notes submitted by the user.

Information we collect

Account identity (email, name, and avatar from Google login if used), candidate site screening inputs submitted when ordering a DCFR Report Package, and package and report entitlements from Lemon Squeezy webhooks.

How information is used

DCFR uses submitted information to provide site screening results, DCFR Report Package outputs, account access, customer support, billing support, and product communication. DCFR does not provide final engineering, legal, environmental, utility, entitlement, lending, appraisal, brokerage, or investment advice.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. DCFR does not store full payment card details.

Account and login

Account access is managed via secure authentication. Login alone does not unlock paid features; workspace and report access require an active DCFR Report Package or report credit.

Data retention

Submitted inputs and generated outputs are retained while your account is active and as needed to support delivery, billing, and legal obligations.

Third-party services

DCFR uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and payment processing. Only the minimum data necessary is shared with these providers. DCFR does not sell user data.
